Deaf Culture, Deaf History, Leadership and Advocacy
Thursdays, September 27 to December 13, 2007

Do you want to learn something about all four topics?
A weekly seminar will be held in Northridge for 11 weeks, starting Sept. 27. This seminar is open to Deaf adults free of charge, and will take place at CSUN in Northridge in addition to Fremont and Riverside.

This is sponsored by the Gallaudet University Leadership Institute and hosted by the CSUN Deaf Studies Program. It is a pilot program and if successful, there will be more seminars in the near future on these topics.

ASL Interpreted Plays for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing

Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center offers several plays during the year, some of which are ASL-interpreted, and some proceeds from these interpreted shows go to support DynaMingle.
